Taqnix operates this website. We build mobile apps, Odoo ERP solutions, ZATCA e-invoicing and custom software for businesses.

This policy covers this website and the email contact it offers. It does not cover other websites or services. Taqnix decides how the information you email to us is used.

The way to contact us is by email, using the address in the Contact us section.

We receive personal data in only three ways.

• What you send us by email. This can include your name, email address, company name, and the message and any attachments you choose to send.
• Technical data processed automatically when you visit. Our hosting infrastructure processes your IP address, browser and device information, the pages you request, the page that referred you, and the date and time of each request.
• Your browser’s language setting. When you open the site’s main address, the server reads it to choose between English and Arabic. We do not store it or save it in a cookie.

We do not ask for payment details or sensitive data through this website, and it has no accounts or forms.

This website does not set cookies today. It does not use analytics, advertising, tracking pixels or session recording, and it does not use local storage or similar technologies to store information on your device. Your browser may keep ordinary cached copies of pages and images, as it does for any website.

Fonts and images are served from this website’s own address. Your browser does not load scripts, fonts, images or other content from advertising, analytics, social-media or other third-party services when you read our pages. Our hosting provider delivers the site to you, as described above.

If this changes, we will update this policy first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

We use the information described above to:

• reply to your inquiries and requests for a quote;
• deliver the website and keep it secure, through our hosting provider;
• meet our legal obligations.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use the information we receive to make automated decisions about you. We use your email address to reply to you.

Our website is currently hosted by Vercel Inc., which processes technical request data for us. We also use an email provider to handle email on our behalf. Both process information for us so that the website and our email work.

We may disclose information to authorities when the law requires it.

We do not sell personal data.

Our hosting runs on a global network, and our email provider may also process data in other countries. This means information about you may be processed in countries other than the one where you live.

We keep information only for as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected, and for as long as legal or accounting obligations require.

Hosting logs are kept according to the schedule of our hosting provider, currently Vercel Inc.
